✍️Responsibilities:
- Is the contact person for and oversees application of agile values and principles within the product team
- Applies the agile approach and coordinates or facilitates the necessary procedures
- Supports continuous improvement through feedback or other initiatives to improve efficiency
- Supports the team in implementing the agile framework
- Supports the product owner by proposing techniques for defining, prioritising, developing and estimating the product backlog
- Monitors sprints and actively supports the team in finding solutions to problems, whether technical, organizational or human-related
- Supports the product owner in managing the backlog
- Contributes to the reporting of reliable information to the product owner regarding the progress of the team’s work (progress of sprints / releases, quality indicators, etc.)
