In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), these provisions regulate the use of the service of the Website https://www.inno-it.es/, (hereinafter “Website”) that INNOIT CONSULTING makes available to Internet users.
Access to the Website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the users. Certain services are exclusive to our clients and their access is restricted. The services provided by INNOIT CONSULTING in general have the price (VAT not included) indicated in the corresponding service proposal and in no case are offered or provided through the portal service.
In those cases and sections where our Website offers Electronic Commerce services subject to contracting or financial consideration, the General Contracting Conditions specified in each case must be accepted.
The use of the Website attributes the condition of user of the Website (hereinafter, User) and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice. The provision of the Website service has a limited duration to the moment in which the User is connected to the Website or to any of the services that are provided through it. Therefore, the User must carefully read this Legal Notice on each of the occasions in which he/she intends to use the Website, since it and its conditions of use included in this Legal Notice may undergo modifications.

3.- INTELLECTUAL, INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY AND FRAMES
All the elements that make up the Website, understanding by these, merely by way of example, the texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its structure, graphic design, source codes, as well as the logos, brands and other distinctive signs that appear therein, are the property of INNOIT CONSULTING or its collaborators and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights,
The owner of the Website (INNOIT CONSULTING) expressly prohibits the realization of “framing” or the use by the User or third parties of any other mechanisms that alter the design, original configuration or contents of our Website.
The use of the contents must respect their particular licensing. In such a way, its use, reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other similar or analogous activity, is totally prohibited unless prior and express authorization is given by the owner of the Website, INNOIT CONSULTING.

The contents of this Website are of a general nature and do not constitute, in any way, the provision of a legal or tax advisory service of any kind, so that information is insufficient for making personal or business decisions by the User.
INNOIT CONSULTING is not responsible for the decisions taken based on the information provided on the Website or for the data and damages produced in the User or third parties due to actions that have as their sole basis the information obtained on the Website.
The information is subject to possible periodic changes without prior notice of its content by expansion, improvement, correction or updating of the contents of the Website.
5.2.- OF THE QUALITY OF THE WEBSITE SERVICE
Access to the Website does not imply the obligation on the part of INNOIT CONSULTING to control the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. The User is responsible, in any case, for the availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.
INNOIT CONSULTING is not responsible for the damages produced in the computer equipment of the Users or of third parties during the provision of the Website service, nor for the malfunction of the Web browser or the use of outdated versions thereof.
5.3.- OF THE AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
Access to the Website requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation does not correspond to INNOIT CONSULTING. Consequently, the services that are provided through the Website may be suspended, canceled or become inaccessible, prior to or simultaneously with the provision of the Website service.
INNOIT CONSULTING is not responsible for damages of any kind produced in the User that are caused by failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that produce the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Website service during the provision thereof or prior to it.
5.4.- OF THE CONTENTS AND SERVICES LINKED THROUGH THE PORTAL
The service of access to the Website includes technical linking devices, directories and even search instruments that allow the User to access other pages and Internet portals (hereinafter, “Linked Sites”). In these cases, INNOIT CONSULTING acts as a provider of intermediation services in accordance with article 17 of Law 34/2002, of July 12, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and will only be responsible for the contents and services provided in the Linked Sites to the extent that it has effective knowledge of the illegality and has not deactivated the link with due diligence.
In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illicit or inappropriate content, he/she may communicate it to INNOIT CONSULTING in accordance with the procedure and the effects established in clause 7, without in any case this communication implying the obligation to remove the corresponding link.
In no case, the existence of Linked Sites should presuppose the existence of agreements with the responsible parties or owners thereof, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of INNOIT CONSULTING with the manifestations, contents or services that are provided.
INNOIT CONSULTING does not know the contents and services of the Linked Sites and therefore is not responsible for the damages produced by the illegality, quality, outdatedness, unavailability, error and uselessness of the contents and/or services of the Linked Sites nor for any other damage that is not directly attributable to INNOIT CONSULTING
6.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
For those cases in which personal data is collected, processed or stored, it will be done in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website and that can be consulted in the footer of the Website.

The Website uses cookies in accordance with the provisions of our Cookies Policy that can be consulted in the footer of the Website.
8.- COMMUNICATION OF ILLICIT OR INAPPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES
In the event that the User or any other Internet user becomes aware that the Linked Sites refer to pages whose contents or services are illicit, harmful, denigrating, violent or contrary to morality, he/she may contact INNOIT CONSULTING indicating the following:
- Personal data of the communicating party: name, address, telephone number and email address;
- Description of the facts that reveal the illicit or inappropriate nature of the Linked Site;
- In the event of violation of rights, such as intellectual and industrial property, the personal data of the owner of the infringed right when he/she is a person other than the communicating party. Likewise, he/she must provide the title that proves the legitimacy of the owner of the rights and, where appropriate, that of representation to act on behalf of the owner when he/she is a person other than the communicating party;
- Express declaration that the information contained in the claim is accurate.
The receipt by INNOIT CONSULTING of the communication provided for in this clause will not imply, according to the provisions of the LSSI, the effective knowledge of the activities and/or contents indicated by the communicating party.
Likewise, he/she must provide the title that proves the legitimacy of the owner of the rights and, where appropriate, that of representation to act on behalf of the owner when he/she is a person other than the communicating party.
9.- MODIFICATION OF THE LEGAL NOTICE
In order to improve the services of the Website, INNOIT CONSULTING reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates to the information contained on the Website, the configuration and design thereof and this legal notice, as well as any other particular conditions. INNOIT CONSULTING reserves the right to present the civil or criminal actions it deems necessary for the improper use of the Website and Contents, or for the breach of these conditions of the Legal Notice.
For any questions that may arise regarding the interpretation, application and fulfillment of this Legal Notice, as well as claims that may arise from its use, all the intervening parties will submit to the ordinary jurisdiction submitting to the Courts and Tribunals that correspond in accordance with the law.

The applicable law in case of dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up this Legal Notice, as well as any question related to the services of this Website, will be governed by the current regulations and application in the Spanish territory.
